What software applications do I need to access the ATFM portal?
The ATFM portal requires the use of 2 Factor Authentication (2FA). Google Authenticator is selected as the 2FA mechanism.

When I tried to log in but was shown this message "Invalid username or password", what should I do?
This could be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have not registered for an account.
- You have keyed in the wrong username and/or password.
- Your account has been locked as you have exceeded the maximum number of tries for logging in. Please contact caas_atfmu@caas.gov.sg
